Terms & Conditions – Embroidery & Garment Printing

Man At Work Embroidery Print & Work Wear 

1. Artwork & Colour Disclaimer

• All artwork, colours, and mock-ups provided for approval are representations only.
  
• Colours viewed on screens, mobile devices, or printed proofs may not accurately match final printed or embroidered colours due to variations in screen calibration, lighting, fabric texture, and print method.
• By approving artwork, the customer acknowledges and accepts that reasonable colour variation is not considered a defect and does not constitute grounds for refund, reprint, or replacement.

2. Printing & Embroidery Method Selection

• Printing methods (including Sublimation, Direct to Garment, Direct to Film, Vinyl Print, and Heat Transfer) and embroidery techniques are selected at the sole discretion of Man At Work Embroidery Print & Work Wear.
• Our production team will choose the most suitable method based on artwork, garment fabric, finish, durability, and production requirements.
• The customer agrees that method selection cannot be disputed once production has commenced, provided the final product meets industry standards and the approved artwork.

3. Customer-Supplied Garments

• Garments supplied by customers are accepted at the customer’s own risk.
• Man At Work Embroidery Print & Work Wear is not liable for damage, shrinkage, dye migration, print failure, or embroidery issues arising from:
  • Fabric composition 
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Pre-existing weaknesses 
  • Incompatibility with chosen print/embroidery method
    
• No compensation, replacement, or reimbursement will be offered for customer-supplied garments.

4. Care Conditions

• Customers must follow all care instructions provided, including:
  • No hot water wash
  • No hot dryer
  • No direct ironing on prints
• Failure to follow care instructions voids any claim relating to print or embroidery deterioration, fading, cracking, or peeling.

5. Order Approval & Production

• Production begins only after artwork approval and payment (where applicable).
• Once approved, no changes can be made to artwork, spelling, colours, sizing, or placement.
• Man At Work Embroidery Print & Work Wear is not responsible for errors present in customer-approved artwork.

6. Variations in Print & Embroidery

• Minor variations in:
  • Colour
  • Print placement
  • Embroidery stitch density
  • Thread shade 
  • Print texture are considered normal and acceptable within industry tolerances.
    
• These variations do not qualify as defects.

7. Liability Limitation

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Man At Work Embroidery Print & Work Wear is not liable for:
  • Colour discrepancies between digital proofs and final products
  • Loss or damage to customer-supplied garments
  • Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or external factors
  • Wear and tear from normal use
• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services provided for the specific order.

8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

• Due to the customised nature of embroidery and printing, all sales are final.
• Refunds, returns, or reprints are only offered where a genuine manufacturing defect is identified and verified by our team.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving goods.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and accepts all associated risks relating to colour variation, print method selection, garment suitability, and care requirements.

Last and Final: Bulk Orders – Embroidery & Garment Printing

Customers purchasing garments through our website who require embroidery or printing on Garments for quantities exceeding 40 pieces are encouraged to contact us directly for special bulk pricing and applicable discounts.

Please email our team prior to placing your order so we can provide an accurate quotation and confirm production availability. 

Bulk pricing and discounts are offered at the discretion of Man At Work Embroidery Print & Work Wear and are subject to artwork requirements, garment selection, and production capacity.
