Processing Times

All orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Blank Garments

Orders for blank garments are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.

Customised Garments

Orders requiring embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, or other decoration services generally require 5–10 business days for production after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Larger or complex orders may require additional production time. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order size, and shipping method selected.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $500 AUD (excluding GST) within Australia.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days
• Victoria Regional: 2–5 business days
• Interstate Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
• Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather conditions, or factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email where available.

Authority to Leave

By selecting Authority to Leave during checkout, you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.

Man At Work is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of ordering.

Additional freight charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged goods (if applicable)
• A description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
